This January the Culinary Workforce Training Program welcomed two new participants, Kassandra and Michael. The participants will undergo 15 weeks of training including culinary skills, career development and an internship at a food service institution. Although they have different career aspirations, both participants strive to become self-sufficient, with skills that will help them find better jobs to support themselves and their families.
