You are invited to join the Claire M. Hubbard Science Internship program as your gateway to the fascinating realm of natural sciences! This part-time, paid internship is tailored to fuel your love for science, equipping you with a foundation for your academic and career journey.

The Claire M. Hubbard Science Internship by No More Empty Pots presents a paid science internship for three high school students at The Greenhouse in the Highlander neighborhood of North Omaha. This program offers hands-on, immersive experiences for students interested in STEM education and careers. The curriculum empowers students to explore their passions, apply academic studies, and pursue various science disciplines. Interns will engage in 150 hours over 15 weeks in the spring and fall semesters and 180 hours over 8 weeks during the summer session. 

OVERVIEW

Interns are paid at $15 per hour, and the internships are located at the No More Empty Pots Greenhouse (2120 N. 30th Street, Omaha, NE 68111) in North Omaha.

STUDENT ELIGIBILITY

Eligibility for the Summer 2024 internship requires applicants to be currently enrolled in high school. Priority is given to OPS North High School Science and Research Academy students in 2024.
