What is No More Empty Pots?
No More Empty Pots is a nonprofit organization that addresses food security, education, and economic opportunity with a systems approach to solutions. Our mission is to connect individuals and groups to improve self-sufficiency, regional food security and economic resilience of urban and rural communities through advocacy and action. Where are you located?
No More Empty Pots is headquartered in North Omaha. We operate from three building locations called the Administration Building, Food Hub, and The Greenhouse. We also own two storefronts called the Micro Market and Cups Café. Learn more about each of these locations.

How does you support local entrepreneurs?
No More Empty Pots supports entrepreneurs and local businesses in Greater Omaha and the surrounding regions of Nebraska and Iowa by creating transformative programs that connect people, solve problems, and foster equity in opportunity. Do you offer internships?
Yes! Check our Careers page for the latest on career opportunities at No More Empty Pots including internships. We also offer the Claire M. Hubbard Science Internship for high school students.

Do you offer culinary training?
Yes! No More Empty Pots 8-week Culinary Certificate Program provides hands-on skills based on-the-job culinary training for individuals currently working in the industry that want to sharpen and grow skills.

What rental opportunities do you offer?
No More Empty Pots offers a variety of rental options including for food storage, food prep, and community events.
Storage: We provide dry, cold, and freezer food storage, along with large-door garage access, aiding producers in the transportation process of their products.
Commercial Kitchen Rental: Commercial kitchens and prep space are available for rental by the hour at our Food Hub and Greenhouse locations.
Catering and Room Rental: You can book spaces within our building for your next event or meeting by visiting the Catering and Room Rental page.

How can I become a vendor or supplier for the Micro Market or other programs?
No More Empty Pots sources its fresh produce and food products from local farmers and food entrepreneurs. Learn more about becoming a preferred vendor.

Do I qualify for food at no cost?
If you qualify for SNAP, you can shop "buy $1, get $1" at the Micro Market and Community Harvest for fresh vegetables, fruits and herbs. Your household may also qualify to receive food at no cost based on available grant funding. Fill out the Intake Form on the from Community Harvest website page or email ask@nmepomaha.org.
