Are there other costs to rent?
Yes, in addition to an hourly rate, the following are other costs:
- ServSafe Food Handlers Class
- Liability Insurance: Varies by business.
- Health Permit: Varies by business.
- No More Empty Pots Security Deposit ($200) -
What equipment do your kitchens have?
Each kitchen or prep space has a unique lineup of equipment available and a dock area for large deliveries and pick-up. Equipment available includes commercial-grade mixers, food processors, ranges, ovens and much more specialty equipment to help clients get their businesses off the ground.

When are the kitchens available?
Kitchens are open from 5:05 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
FYI, No More Empty Pots also runs educational programming at the facility which renters may be asked to accommodate for when scheduling their rental times.

Where is the health department located?
The Douglas County Health Department is located at 4102 Woolworth Ave., Omaha, NE 68105. Keep in mind they only accept exact amounts of cash, checks, or money orders. They do not accept credit or debit cards.
