  • What types of food storage do you offer?

    We offer dry, refrigerated, and frozen storage at our Greenhouse facility in North Omaha. Storage is available by the shelf, pallet, or riser, depending on your needs and the zone.

  • Who can rent our storage space?

    Our storage services are available to local producers, food entrepreneurs, value-added businesses, and community organizations. If you work with food and need secure storage, we’re here to help.

  • How do you get started?

    Just fill out our Food Storage Rental Inquiry Form to tell us about your needs. We’ll follow up to answer any questions you may have and walk you through next steps.

  • What size spaces are available, and how much does it cost?

    We offer pallet spaces, standard shelves, top shelves (with less height clearance), and risers—depending on the storage zone (dry, fridge, or freezer). You’ll find photos of each option on our landing page, and clicking on a photo will display the exact measurements for that space and zone. Pricing varies based on the type of space and how long you plan to rent.

  • Can I access my storage space at any time?

    We'll review access times and protocols with you during onboarding.

  • How secure is the storage?

    Our facility and campus are monitored with security systems and temperature zones are regularly checked daily. We take food safety and security seriously to protect all products.

  • Are there any restrictions on what can be stored?

    Yes. Items must be food or food-related. Most should be in sealed, labeled containers, but bulk produce like root veggies or greens in bins or crates is also acceptable. No hazardous or non-food items are allowed.

  • Do I need insurance?

    We recommend that all renters carry product liability insurance. While we do our best to maintain a secure and temperature-controlled environment, No More Empty Pots is not liable for lost or damaged goods.

  • How long can I rent storage space?

    We offer short-term and long-term rental options to meet your needs. Whether you need storage for a few days or several months, we’ll work with you to create a rental plan that fits.

  • Can I change or cancel my rental?

    We understand that storage needs can shift. If you need to adjust your space, you can fill out our Storage Space Modification Request Form, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. To end your rental, we require at least 14 days’ notice for short-term renters and 30 days’ notice for long-term renters.
