Introducing the Founder/Owner
Ericka is the founder behind Dundee Popcorn, a brand built on a simple idea: ingredients shouldn’t be complicated. After taking a closer look at traditional microwave popcorn (and not liking what she saw), she set out to create something better for her family—and for yours. The result? Small-batch popcorn made with real butter and no preservatives! No mystery ingredients, no shortcuts. Just the good stuff.
Ericka is not only a familiar face at the Micro Market, but she’s also a powerhouse in the local food scene. She’s a kitchen renter at our Food Hub location and took home top honors in a pitch contest hosted by No More Empty Pots in 2024. Her journey is rooted in passion, persistence, and a commitment to doing things differently—and deliciously.
