Kasandra Grows During the Culinary Workforce Training Program

The culinary portion of the CWTP is almost complete. With six weeks under her belt, Kasandra is preparing for her upcoming restaurant week. The final skill to learn is cooking on the line to order. During restaurant week, Kasandra will name her restaurant and create her very own three-course meal. Once the culinary skills portion of the program is finished, she will be partnered with a local food business for an internship.
