Green Smoothie Bowl

I love a smoothie bowl, whether it’s for breakfast, a light lunch, or post – workout snack. It’s easy and fun to make, and you can top it with just about anything! They are also a great way to use any leftover fruits you have. My secret ingredient is bee pollen! A great source of protein and boost of energy just when needed. What’s your favorite smoothie bowl recipe?



  • 2 cups kale (provided)
  • ½ cup pear
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup grapes, deseeded (provided)
  • ½ avocado
  • A few Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • ½ cup pineapple or mango


Below are suggested toppings. Use these or mix and match your own based on what you have on hand or what you’re craving!

  • Chia seeds
  • Rolled oats
  • Fruit, chopped
  • Other nuts / seeds


  • 1 Add all smoothie bowl ingredients to a blender and blend until thick and smooth.
  • 2 Add more milk as needed to reach desired consistency.
  • 3 Pour smoothie mixture into a bowl.
  • 4 Top with desired toppings such as, toasted coconut shavings, rolled oats, chia seeds, fruits, etc.
  • 5 Serve and enjoy! Freeze any leftovers.
