Strawberry Salad

This balsamic salad recipe is definitely a keeper. Packed with Vitamin C and antioxidants. Substitute the fruits, nuts, and greens at any time for what’s in season. Add a protein, like grilled salmon, fluffed quinoa or roasted chickpeas to make this salad a full meal! Tip: Soak the red onions in cold water prior to using for a less potent taste! Instructions

  1. In a small bowl combine the ingredients to make the vinaigrette. 
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the chopped salad ingredients and toss. 
  3. Pour the vinaigrette over the salad mixture.  
  4. Chill and serve.
