Roasted Cauliflower & Apples

Ever thought of mixing your apples and cauliflower? Roasting vegetables is so fun! Try this yummy recipe. So unique, seasonal, and aromatic! Bring this side dish to your next event, it’ll become a big dill!


  • 1 cauliflower, chopped florets (provided)
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 2 apples, cored and cubed (provided)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • pepper to taste


  • 1 Prepare all vegetables.
  • 2 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • 3 Place apples, cauliflower, and red onion in a large mixing bowl and toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • 4 Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • 5 Roast for 30-40 minutes or until tender. Flipping veggies half way through.
  • 6 Remove from the oven and stir in the dill.
  • 7 Serve.
