Simply wash, scrub, pat dry and dice into 1 inch pieces and roast at 425 degrees for 25-35 minutes, tossing halfway through. Try adding a can of black beans in with the cabbage and garlic for a bit of protein and color, and substituting dried cranberries or cherries for the raisins for some added flavor!
