Cabbage Fried Rice

Here is another quick and easy weeknight recipe. Cabbage Fried Rice has very little prep and you might find that you have all of the ingredients on hand!  If I have a bag of peas, I usually double the recommended amount for an easy way to get a few more greens in my diet.  Broccoli, asparagus or green beans would make great substitutions. A wok isn’t necessary, as a large fry pan works well too. Leftovers can be warmed in the microwave or back on the stove!
