If I have a bag of peas, I usually double the recommended amount for an easy way to get a few more greens in my diet. Broccoli, asparagus or green beans would make great substitutions. A wok isn’t necessary, as a large fry pan works well too. Leftovers can be warmed in the microwave or back on the stove!
