This snap pea recipe makes a delicious and healthy side that you can add to your lunch or dinner. Snap Peas are a great addition to a low-carb or low-calorie diet. Ingredients
8 oz. sugar snap peas (provided)
½ tablespoon grapeseed oil or other neutral tasting oil
1 garlic clove
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
½ tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
In a large skillet, heat oil.
Add ginger and garlic and saute for about 1 minute.
Add in the snap peas and soy sauce. Saute for 5-7 minutes while stirring often.
