Nathan and Emily Paulsen are the owners of Brun Ko Farm which raises pastured beef and pork, eggs, honey and lots of veggies! The farm is located right outside of Elk Horn, IA. Brun Ko Farm has their own CSA program which includes a date night CSA option that uses Emily and Nathan’s own recipes and oftentimes Emily’s homemade desserts! Besides for producing on their farm, the Paulsen family stays active giving tours and presentations to visitors to showcase their operations and teach their community about local food. Brun Ko Farm is the newest egg producer of Community Harvest!
