Tracy has been caring for others for over 25 years as a foster parent and respite worker, elder caregiver, and behavioral caregiver. She discovered a gift for cooking while cooking for the people she cared for and teaching youth to cook in her home. She started getting requests from friends to cook for them and she started catering parties. Then she suffered a major life setback and a series of hardships. She started the program to enhance her culinary techniques and begin rebuilding her businesses. After graduating, she plans to attend MCC, complete the Food Entrepreneur Program at NMEP, and continue to grow her catering and other previous business.
