No More Empty Pots 8-week Culinary Certificate Program provides hands-on skills based on-the-job culinary training for individuals currently working in the industry that want to sharpen and grow skills.
Incubator members will have access to workshops covering topics relevant to early-stage food businesses, networking events and special opportunities like NMEP Food Hub pop-ups, Downtown Omaha Farmers Market and Cups Cafe Florence and NMEP promotion and love.
Commercial Kitchen Rental
Shared-Use and Production & Training Kitchens are available to rent by the hour for prep, production and storage and purchasing of wholesale ingredients.
Wells Fargo Entrepreneurship Invitational
Food-focused entrepreneurs are provided access to tools and mentorship by NMEP and the Wells Fargo Green Team to develop business plans in preparation for a pitch competition with successive rounds to compete to earn seed money for their business.
