Shay Williams holds an undergraduate degree in Secondary Special Education and enjoys substituting for Omaha Public Schools in addition to her role at No More Empty Pots as a delivery driver. You can find Shay Williams all across the Metro area delivering fresh, local food. As part of the delivery crew, Shay most enjoys having the opportunity to interact with various communities and individuals. She said, “I believe healthy food helps our children develop healthy minds.”
