Linda’s Box Feeds 6

Each week, NMEP staff deliver CSA’s, pantry boxes and prepared meals to Linda. When she has more than she can eat, she gives her extra food to her neighbors, her grandchildren, and her mother. Linda shared that her mother sometimes has trouble cooking so she takes the food from her boxes and prepares meals for her. With access to food from NMEP, Linda has more to share.

Like Linda, many of our participants are serving critical roles in providing additional care for their families and neighbors. Supporting food programs at No More Empty Pots makes access to fresh, local, healthy produce possible for individuals and families who are giving more than they ever have to ensure their loved ones and neighbors are nourished.
