That’s a wrap! Entrepreneurs pitched for the last time during the first annual Entrepreneurship Invitational supported by Wells Fargo. During the exciting, 5-month invitational, ten outstanding food-focused entrepreneurs pitched their business plans to a panel of Wells Fargo judges. The process was a new, but exciting one. Each round filled with passion by each entrepreneur, not to mention their delicious samples. A fun variety of entrepreneurs participated, including, Jenna King from Stickalicious Pops; Paul Nelson of P&G Preserve & Produce Supply, LLC; Nina Austin of Love Yo Pup; Jo Nielle Allen of Tantalizing Tasties, LLC; Aaron Fox of Red Fox Bakery; Megan Durham of Willpower Confections; Ali Clark of Snowshoe Candy Company; Velma Mackey of Suzan’s Sweet Potato Pie; and Camille James of Juice 4 Life.

Over the last few months, entrepreneurs prepped for three rounds of  presentations. Just last Saturday, on November 19, the final three entrepreneurs presented. Find out who won the “big check” when we announce the winner of this invitational during our Annual Holiday Party. This year the party will be held in the new Food Hub and include a preview of Phase 1 renovations! Find out which lucky entrepreneur will earn seed money for their startup by joining us on Friday, December 9th at 4pm!
