Organic Farmer
Liz Sarno is an organic farmer and cattleperson. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science and a Masters in Adult Extension Education. Liz has coordinated numerous research projects, co-authored several articles and publications and has extensive farming and adult education experience. She has served on several food related nonprofit boards including the Nebraska Food Cooperative.
