Kathy Uhlenbrock, PHR, has worked in the natural and organic food industry for more than 20 years as General Manager of a local food Co-op and as an HR Generalist for a major retailer. She holds strong beliefs in the connection of food quality and one’s health. Kathy loves working for mission driven companies and is fond of the local produce and self-sufficiency aspects of NMEP. She enjoys cooking, listening to music and spending time with her two daughters.
