Audrey has over 25 years of experience in designing, developing and delivering training to a wide spectrum of audiences. Her desire to make every learner successful coupled with a creative tenacity to make learning effective and enjoyable, provides end users of her training with meaningful knowledge and applicable skills.
Jo Anne Fraire is a Certified Executive Chef. Jo Anne started her culinary journey with her first easy bake oven. In her early twenties, she entered an apprentice chef program with the American Culinary Federation. Chef Fraire is originally from Northwest Indiana. She holds an Associate degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management with an emphasis in culinary arts and a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management. Jo Anne is an avid gardener, raises laying hens, camping and lives with a 70lb dog named Charlie.
