No More Empty Pots Incubator Membership is a 4 month program designed for entrepreneurs that are ready to build and grow their food businesses. The curriculum covers topics relevant for entrepreneurs who are starting, running and growing food businesses through workshops, mentorship, networking and growth opportunities.

MEMBERSHIP LEVELS

LEVEL I MEMBERSHIP

Entrepreneurs who do not meet the Level 2 membership criteria will be considered for Level 1 based on the following criteria: business concept & product viability, entrepreneural spirit, committment to the program and building their business idea.

LEVEL II MEMBERSHIP

Level 2 members are accepted based on the following criteria: proof of business concept and product viability, secured business licensing and registrations, operating for 12 months or more.

FAQ

Where will the Incubator MEMBERSHIP be located?

The program will be held in the Business Incubator at the No More Empty Pots Food Hub. 8501 North 30th St., Omaha, NE 68112

What are the MEMBERSHIP dates?

The program will run 2 semesters a year:
January  – April
August – November

When do the workshops take place?

Workshops are primarily held on Tuesday evenings from 5:30pm-7:30pm with the exception of 1 or 2 workshops. The finalized schedule will be provided prior to the start of the program.

When and how can I apply?

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and you can apply at anytime. The application can be found HERE.

When will MEMBER Applicants be contacted?

You will receive a confirmation message as soon as your application has been received. Applicants will be notified of their application status at least 2 weeks prior to the program start date.

What stage businesses do you work with?

Our level 1 membership is geared towards early-stage food businesses but start-up and growth businesses can find value in the level 2 membership.

What if I just want to pick and choose workshops?

Some of the workshops will be open to the public for a small admission fee. You will be able to register for public classes on NMEP’s website.
