Procurement Coordinator
Carla Gornall grew up in Lexington, Kentucky and graduated from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio with a B.A. in Public Relations. After graduation, she began working for at KeyBank in the Mortgage Loan Department. Organic farming has always been a passion of Carla‘s and and as her 3 daughters got older, she began taking horticulture classes at Metropolitan Community College where earned certificates in Small Market Farming and Plant Propagation & Pathology. While there, she interned at NMEP and is now looking forward to procuring local foods and developing a CSA. In her free time, Carla enjoys visiting with her daughters, volunteering at Sacred Seed Omaha and Iowana Farms in Crescent, Iowa, and anything food or fitness related.
