It was 2020 when I began my professional culinary journey with NMEP. I found a place in the midst of the pandemic where I could use my talents to help the community and exercise my passion. I am an Omaha native and graduated from North High School in 2015. It has been a challenge and a thrill to work in a unique environment during the pandemic. NMEP has provided me a sense of being and a reason to challenge myself daily. Food has always been a harmonious outlet in my life and I am grateful to be apart of the NMEP family.
